Applicant must download, complete, and submit the Application Packet along with a non-refundable application fee of $35.00.

Applicant must submit unopened official transcripts to the Registrar’s Office.

Notification of acceptance will be given from the Office of the Registrar along with instructions for access to the Course Catalog.

Applicant may review the catalog for course requirements, degree options, and confer with the Dean of Students on President regarding their course of study.

Applicant may download and submit course registration(s) along with the appropriate fee(s) for the respective course selection(s). The course payments are divided into thirds. One third (1/3) of payment is due for each course at registration. One third (1/3) payment is due four (4) weeks into the semester. The final one third (1/3) payment is due eight (8) weeks into the semester.

Upon receipt of the Course Registration(s) and fee(s) the student will receive a “Welcome to the Course” message with a link accessing the course along with additional instructions for course completion.

TUITION PAYMENT
BCC&S is set up on a two-semester college year plus special summer classes. Tuition
for each semester must be paid at the time of enrollment for each semester. A budget
plan for tuition payments may be arranged for full-time students who contact the
Accounting Office prior to the opening of the school term. Such budget payments will
consist of four equal payments due on registration day and the first business day of
each month during the rest of the term. A $25.00 late fee will apply for payments not
received on time. The student who is more than ten (10) days late on any payment will
not be allowed to continue their studies. There is a $25.00 fee for each returned check.

UNPAID TUITION & FEES
Unpaid tuition, fees and balances will result in:
*Inability to Register
*No graduation
*No transcripts or release of information
No grades will be issued to students with unpaid balances, and no student will be
permitted to register for a new term until all previous balances are settled. No student
will be graduated until all tuition, fees and other charges are paid in full.
REFUND POLICIES
The tuition refund policy is as follows:
During the drop/add period, up to the first week after registration 100 %
During the second week after registration 80 %
During the third week after registration 60 %
After the fourth week No Refund
